Group Exercise
At GTAC we offer nearly forty group exercise classes per week. Our professional, experienced instructors are here to guide you through an effective and fun workout whether you choose Yoga, Indoor Cycle, Pilates or Kinesis.
You are sure to enjoy your group experience in any one of our four state of the art studios. Relax in our Mind/Body studio or strengthen and lengthen on our Pilates Reformers. Our Velocity Indoor Cycles guarantee a good sweat, and our new, state of the art Kinesis system is a valuable part of any workout routine adding balance and stability while toning and burning calories.
